Mhamo uses different colored lights to indicate which mode the device is currently using.

Max Mode (Blue Light)

When you see the blue light on your Mhamó, it means the device is currently running in Max Mode.

Max Mode is Mhamó’s most powerful setting, and it’s the best mode to use if you’re trying to remove any strong or unpleasant odors from your refrigerator. It will also provide the maximum freshness for your food for three days.

When operating in Max Mode, the light on your Mhamó will turn blue. 

For the first 30 minutes, Mhamó runs at full power, followed by a 30-minute rest interval. While in resting mode, the light on Mhamó will turn off.

After 30 minutes, Mhamó will turn back on again, and the blue light will turn back on as well. Your Mhamó will cycle on and off in this manner until the battery completely discharges, a period of about three days.

Eco Mode (Green Light)

When you see the green light illuminated on your Mhamó, it means the device is currently running in Eco Mode.

Eco Mode is Mhamó’s standard mode, and is designed to extend the edible life of your food for up to 30 days. Eco Mode is the best mode to use under normal circumstances, and when you don’t need to remove any strong odors from your refrigerator.

For the first 30 minutes, Mhamó runs at full power, followed by a 115-minute rest interval. While in resting mode, the light on Mhamó will turn off.

After 115 minutes, Mhamó will turn back on again, and the green light will turn back on as well. Your Mhamó will cycle on and off in this manner until the battery completely discharges, a period of about 30 days.
